CANCELLATION POLICY


All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered a "last minute cancellation". You will be charged accordingly:


First time- 50% per service

Second time- 100% of service or be charged in advance.

During cold and flu season we encourage you to mask up if you have any pre existing conditions or just feel more comfortable with one on

REDO

POLICY


We want you to love your hair! If a reasonable adjustment is needed we are happy to oblige and make needed adjustments. Major changes will be subject to a fee. We ask that you contact us within 2 WEEKS of your original appointment with the same stylist.
